How Pacorda delivers electronic records and captures consent without turning an email into payment authority.
Last updated September 4, 2026When you affirmatively consent during registration, contracting, or another Pacorda workflow, you agree that Pacorda, Inc. may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, policies, authorizations, records, confirmations, security alerts, and other communications electronically, to the extent permitted by law.
This consent applies to the organization you are authorized to represent and does not itself authorize a payment, bank-account change, or production service.
Electronic communications may be delivered in Pacorda, through an authenticated workspace, by email to a verified business address, by secure link, through an enterprise identity or notification service, or by another agreed electronic method. A communication is considered delivered when made available through the agreed channel, subject to applicable law and contract terms.
You need a current browser, internet access, a device capable of displaying web pages and PDF files, a valid business email account, and storage or printing capability. Authentication may require a compatible authenticator application or enterprise identity provider.
If requirements materially change in a way that creates a risk you cannot access records, we will provide notice and any additional consent required by applicable law.
Selecting an acceptance box, typing a name, applying an approved electronic signature, or completing another designated electronic action may have the same effect as a handwritten signature when the workflow clearly identifies that consequence and applicable law permits it.
System records may include the version accepted, timestamp, user and organization identifiers, authentication state, network and device information, and related audit evidence.
You must maintain a current business email address and promptly update authorized users and notification contacts through authenticated controls. Pacorda is not responsible for missed communications caused by inaccurate information, blocked messages, abandoned accounts, or customer-controlled security settings.
You may download or print records made available to you. Requests for paper copies may be submitted to the contracting contact and may be subject to reasonable fees disclosed in advance, except where law requires otherwise.
You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery by contacting Pacorda through the authenticated support channel or the legal contact below. Withdrawal is prospective, does not affect prior electronic actions, and may prevent continued use of a digital-only service if electronic delivery is necessary. We will describe available alternatives and any consequences before making the withdrawal effective.
Email may notify you that an action is required, but Pacorda does not accept payment instructions, full bank-account details, destination changes, passwords, or authenticator codes through ordinary email. Open Pacorda independently and use authenticated controls for consequential actions.
